EL Alumni Job Board

EL Alumni,

Congrats on finishing your Downline year!

Below, we have listed ministries and organizations that are interested in hiring graduates for our Emerging Leaders program. If you reach out to these groups, you will be representing not only yourself but also Downline Ministries and Jesus Christ. We have equipped you through the program with theological knowledge, character, integrity, and disciplines that align with biblical values. These ministries expect Downline alumni to embody what they have learned. If you have hesitations about your preparedness to represent Downline's principles in employment with any group effectively, we ask that you refrain from pursuing opportunities with them at this time. Please reach out to discuss any questions. We aim to ensure mutual understanding regarding expectations between Downline alumni and potential employers.

If you want to stay in Memphis and are looking for other employment, redirect yourself to our main job board for incoming ELs. You’re welcome to pursue any of the jobs on the job board.
